Over the past decade Castlebank Insurance Brokers have

Our scheme is designed for agencies and companies which
provide Domiciliary Care and Nursing Staff and includes
provision of Supported Living, Day Care Centres and Meals on
Wheels: other activities can be considered.
Our standard cover includes Employers' and Public Liability
including Medical Malpractice error and omissions,
Professional Indemnity (with high levels of indemnity which
conform to Local Authority requirements) and Legal expenses
for employment disputes.
Optional Covers available include Material Damage cover with
Business Interruption cover on a full turnover basis,
Directors and Officers insurance and Professional Indemnity
for Consultancy work.
We consider it vital for the care industry to have complete
confidence in any insurance covers arranged. To ensure
clarity and contract certainty, our policy incorporates a
specific Abuse sections giving the same level of indemnity
as under the Public Liability Section. Our cover has a clear
definition of abuse that identifies the different categories
of abuse, such as mental anguish.
