We are a nursing recruitment agency based in the UK. We
recruit healthcare management and staff primarily for UK
care homes for the elderly, but also for specialised care
centres, learning disability and EMI care homes.
We can provide candidates from overseas or from within the
UK.
Recruitment from Overseas
We specialise in recruiting:-
- Care assistants from within the E.U.
We also recruit more specialised candidates from other
countries outside the E.U who require work permits and visas
to work in the UK. These are:-
- Student nurses for supervised practice
- RGNs and RMNs – requiring ONP (Overseas Nurses Programme)
- Senior care assistants – equivalent to NVQ 3
We have partners across Europe, Asia and Central America,
with whom we have good trustworthy relationships and we have
found that together we select and interview candidates who
meet the requirements of our clients.
We believe that every client has individual needs and we
specifically work towards finding the most suitable
candidates to fill your vacant positions.
When local recruitment is not working, think about bringing
a multi–cultural environment to your care home, by looking
overseas for healthcare staff. They provide a cost effective
long-term solution to your staff shortages and stop the
expense of short term agency costs. These candidates are
full time employees and are paid the same rate as your
regular staff. Candidates are looking for 1-2 year contracts
and often, once settled in the UK, will stay for longer.
If work permits are required we will give you step-by-step
advice on the documentation you need to provide us with in
order for us to make applications to the Home Office. Our
overseas partners assist the candidates with visa
documentation and prepare them for immigration interviews
when applicable.
Complete Care Solutions offer the guarantee of verifying all
candidates’ documentation.
We obtain:-
- A police cert from the country of origin (CRB/POVA is still necessary in
the UK)
- A medical, deeming them fit to work in the care sector and proof of
necessary immunisations
- References of most recent employer, any care experience and also any UK
employment
- We will assist and help to organise transport to the care home on the
day of arrival into the UK.

Recruitment from within the UK
We also provide a search and selection service for companies
within the UK care sector who wish to fill permanent
positions, by identifying, screening and interviewing
possible UK candidates and compiling a shortlist of
candidates for client interview.
Our clients are asking us to find UK candidates for such
positions as regional care managers, qualified nurse
managers, care home management, domiciliary care managers,
unit managers, nurses, key workers and administrators / HR /
receptionists. Specialisations include care for the elderly,
mental health, dementia, younger adults, YPD, challenging
behaviour, learning disabilities, epilepsy, physical
disabilities.
At the outset of an assignment, we establish a good
understanding of the job specification and the person
specification. We advertise, at the expense of Complete Care
Solutions Ltd, and then screen and interview applicants
before forwarding only suitable candidates to the client for
their further consideration.
If, and only if, a candidate proposed by Complete Care
Solutions Ltd is accepted AND starts work for the client, is
there a charge made to the client. It is a once only charge,
invoiced a few days after the candidate has started in his
new role for the client. And of course we provide
replacement guarantees, if needed.
