Quality, Self-Assessment & Care Planning.
AQAA links directly to “Star Ratings” AQAA is the main way that CSCI judge how well you are delivering quality care & it is used by CSCI in awarding your “Star Ratings”. It therefore makes sense that to maximise your star ratings there needs to be in place a quality assurance system that helps you improve the quality of care delivered & provides evidence towards improving your AQAA returns to CSCI.
REPORTS in the “Care Press” are warning that it has become critical for care providers to achieve & maintain a “Good” or “Excellent” star rating to ensure that local authorities do not use a lower star rating as justification to freeze or reduce their care funding. “HOW to improve “Star ratings”
In association with The National Care Association (NCA) we have produced a Quality Assurance Management System (QAMS) that helps to generate improvements to the quality of care delivered & improve your AQAA returns. SYSTEMS are available for “Elder Care”, “Adult (18 – 65) Care”, & “Domiciliary Care”, they are comprehensive yet simple to use & include CD-ROM, working manual, audit worksheets, summaries & improvement plans using CSCI’s AQAA as it’s foundation.
