NCA welcomes Honour for Chief Executive

The Queen’s Birthday Honours List includes NCA’s CEO of 20
years Sheila Scott for her contribution to Social Care.
Sheila, a qualified nurse and former care home-owner has
been a formidable figure in the world of Social Care for two
decades.
NCA Chairman, Nadra Ahmed OBE said: “The Staff, Board of
Directors and Members of NCA are delighted that Sheila has
been recognised for her considerable contribution to social
care over the years. She remains tireless in her quest to
ensure good practice and represents the members of NCA at
all levels with a no nonsense approach, which has become her
trademark.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Sheila for
making NCA the respected organisation it is today.”
