the clients to cope with ever demanding and changing

an independent healthcare consultancy service, part of the

QMS provides high quality consultancy advice and guidance on
matters relating to care homes, residential or with nursing,
as well as domiciliary care practices. Members of the QMS
team have between them some 30 years of successful
management experience.

Our role is to offer support to the Manager ~ not to take
over the Management. We do not seek to impose solutions, we
are independent and will be able to suggest action that can
lead to improvement in services or, develop an existing
service.
We will work closely with our clients to produce realistic
and logical developments. Be reassured we will not attempt
to sanitise services that we find during audit to be below
standard. These will be brought forward to Managements
attention, with supporting evidence, with the emphasis on
learning and moving forward to implementing improvements.
