Surgery Choices* provides your employees with cover
for 60 non-urgent surgical procedures. If an employee is
unable to obtain speedy access to treatment on the NHS, they
can access private treatment quickly. You can provide your
employees with cover on Surgery Choices for just an extra
£1.24 per employee, per week, helping them get the
treatment they need quickly and helping you to get your
staff back to work!
For Kids cover** - for just an extra 15p per
employee, per week you can provide cover for your
employees' dependent children too. For Kids cover
could be a valuable aid to recruitment and retention by
providing diagnostic consultations and therapy treatments
for your employees’ children, as well as providing cash
benefits towards the cost of their dental and optical
expenses!

Note: Surgery Choices, For Kids
and Fitness & Wellbeing cover cannot be purchased
independently of the Foresight Healthcare Plan and are only
available on a corporate paid basis.
*Surgery Choices cover is available for 10 employees or more
and must be purchased for all employees or for a specified
group of employees not selected on the basis of risk.
**For Kids cover is available for company groups with a
minimum of 5 employees and must be purchased for all
employees covered on the Foresight Plan. Claims for MRI, CT
or PET scans can be claimed under the child’s Consultation
benefit.
