The company that cares
Wiltshire Farm Foods boasts a personal and reliable service,
placing the customer as top priority with a reputation is
based on three principles - Care, Trust and Quality.
“It’s more than taking orders and deliveries. It’s about
providing the best possible service we can. Many of our
customers are housebound, disabled or ill and rely on us for
everything – whether it’s taking care of problems around the
home, reporting back to family members if they are ill or
not eating, or simply passing the time with a friendly chat,
we make sure we’re always there for our customers.”
Susie Cole, Wiltshire Farm Foods franchisee.
That’s because many customers have relied on Wiltshire
Farm Foods for over 15 years, having gained their trust over
time with a personalised and caring service. This means that
when a customer wants to order they can talk to a local
person on the phone, or if they prefer they can order at
www.wiltshirefarmfoods.com, or pass an order form to their
driver. And when it comes to receiving meals they know it
will be delivered free to their door by a courteous driver
they’ve come to regard as a friend.
Our delivery drivers are the public face of Wiltshire
Farm Foods. Record checked, uniformed and carrying identity
cards, each builds a rapport with our customers, placing
food in their freezers and taking the time to help with any
queries or concerns – they genuinely care about their
customers.
“I look forward to getting in my van each day, it’s more
than just a job. I’ve forged strong friendships with my
customers and love to keep up-to-date with the local
gossip!”

Preparing the meals in Wiltshire Farm Foods range of over
200 mouth-watering dishes is a labour of love. Our
experienced chefs create each recipe and every meal is
frozen immediately after production, locking in their
vitamins and goodness. At every step an expert team monitors
the nutritional content of our products, conducting daily
tests and working alongside top dieticians to ensure they’re
healthy and look great on the plate. ‘Foodies’ in the taste
kitchen rigorously sample every batch of our dishes for
taste and texture to guarantee every meal is as good as the
last.
Sue Baic, consultant dietitian explains how: “We make
sure each dish is nutritionally balanced and satisfies a
wide range of dietary needs. For example, we provide special
products for people with diabetes, those needing low-salt,
low-fat diets, vegetarians and people seeking milk, egg and
gluten-free products. We also offer Kosher and ethnic
dishes, so whatever your requirement, Wiltshire Farm Foods
has the meal to match.”

Sue comments: “Nothing in our meals is hidden or omitted
– everything from weight of meat or fish to calories, salt
and potassium content is observed and each year we produce
an updated guide for our customers with particular dietary
requirements. This innovative booklet is a source of sound
advice on what to consider when following a variety of
special diets or finding meals suitable for those with food
intolerances. It contains a comprehensive overview of the
meals suitable for each special diet enabling customers to
choose a range of tasty dishes safe in the knowledge that
they are meeting their personal nutritional requirements."
